Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 June 2026
Below you will find the rules for using Radio Tunr. In short: listen to the radio and use the app responsibly.
What we offer
Tunr is an app for listening to radio stations from around the world. You can browse stations, search by genre, country, or language, save favorites, and customize settings to your preferences.
Good to know
The radio stations you hear in Tunr come directly from their broadcasters — we do not stream any content ourselves, we only help you find it. Therefore, the station owners, not us, are responsible for content and availability.
What we expect
Use Tunr as intended — for listening to radio and discovering new stations. Please do not attempt to disrupt the app or use it in a way that could harm other users or radio stations.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to make Tunr work well, but we are not responsible for temporary interruptions in station availability or the quality of their programming — that depends on the broadcasters. Stations come and go, and we have no control over that.
Copyright
Tunr and its design belong to us. You may use the app to listen to the radio, but please do not copy it or present it as your own.
No account required
You do not need to create an account to use Tunr. All features are available without registration, and we do not collect personal information to sign up.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If something changes, we will let you know in the app. You can always check the latest version here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Poland.
